Recommended Presence Monitoring Limits
Busy lamp field (BLF) only: 250 Extensions
BLF and Microsoft Teams Availability: 50 extensions
Note: Calendar based “Out of Office” state is a Microsoft Graph API Beta feature.
User presence changes in Microsoft Teams client can sometimes take a few minutes to update since the Teams client uses poll mode to refresh the Availability status from other sources.
